Appointments and Scheduling

We schedule appointments by referral from family physicians and other healthcare providers; you may also make an appointment yourself. When making an appointment, please have available the name of your doctor and health insurance company. If you need special assistance for your visit, please let us know when making your appointment.

Office Hours

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After office hours, UES physicians are on call for emergencies only. Other calls will be forwarded to the office on the next business day. Prescription refills are discouraged on the weekend due to inaccessibility of charts and the patient’s medical history for the physician on call. Emergency prescriptions, however, will be considered.
